60-Day Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 60 days of receipt of the product for store credit, an exchange, or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling and restocking fees). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

How To Return An Item


You must return the item within 60 days of receipt of the product along with the original receipt and a signed letter stating your full name, telephone number, address, and the reason for the return.

 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@chefscollection.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your item to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

Return Exceptions


Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy. Merchandise that has been altered or Final Sales items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

The handles of our knives are manufactured with natural wood. Dishwasher detergent and high temperatures may alter or damage the texture and finishing of the wooden handles and are not covered under the Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy. 

Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Restocking Fee


We reserve the right to include a 10% restocking fee, which would be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 20 (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
